Uptown Pizza (Liberty)

First time here and won't be back. I got a 1 topping cheese pizza. ( Pepperoni) I guess y'all put your pepperoni under the cheese. After I put the pizza in the fridge after having 2 slices when it was fresh, I was able to pull the cheese up in it's solid form and inspect how use did this, and man was I ripped. 2.50 for pepperoni and I hardly got anything on that pizza. Just a cheese pizza pretty much. Way better just going to little Caesars and pay a fraction of the price.

I used to go here a lot because I work near this location and every time usually is great but the experience I had today when placing an order made me never want to come back. I called to place an order and they picked up and right off the bat they hit me with this serious attitude I get we all have bad days but as someone that works in the customer service field you also have to keep a professional front so anyway i went to place my order and the first item I ordered the person started treating me as I was dumb to say the least I just had to hang up and go on with my day I will never return to this establishment and that sucks because they have amazing food but the customer service is terrible.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time at Uptown Pizza on Liberty. From the moment my call was answered, I was met with an unprofessional attitude that made me feel like I was inconveniencing the employee just by placing an order. As a paying customer, I expected to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, but instead I felt rushed and spoken to in a rude, dismissive manner. All I wanted to do was order a chicken parmesan sub. It’s a simple order that should have taken less than a minute. Instead, I was met with an unnecessary amount of attitude throughout the conversation. The employee’s tone was disrespectful and left me wondering why they were even answering the phone if they didn’t want to help customers. There is no reason for someone to make a customer feel unwelcome for placing a straightforward order. Customer service is just as important as the food itself. Even if the food is good, a negative interaction like this can completely ruin the experience. People have plenty of options for pizza and subs, and businesses that treat customers with respect are the ones that earn repeat business. Unfortunately, this experience showed me the

We ordered a large pizza with sausage, banana peppers, and pepperoni. We also got a small salad a large breadstick and a small cheese pizza. We received everything besides the large pizza. Food was good, but I’m very upset we spent a lot on the pizza we did not receive. By the time we got home we realized the big box were the breadsticks not the pizza. Not sure if there was a mix up or what happened, but disappointed because this place is usually very good!

Pizza is so good! Generous with the toppings and the cheese, and the dough is excellent. We will be stopping in whenever we're making the trek from PA to MI. If you live anywhere in the area or happen to be driving through, make the stop. You will not regret it!
